Lately...

It's mid spring semester and one reason I love this blog is because I use it as a procrastination tool. Because, no, I don't like studying physics. Yes, school tends to control me, but I make an effort to balance school and doing fun things. I'm young and I don't want to waste it sitting in the library twelve hours a day. (Don't worry, Saddleback, you know I luh you.)

So recently, besides studying, I've done some fun things. Took a weekend to have some R&R with the ladays in San Diego, bought a house (My parents actually bought a house. I did buy a fun pair of pants though!), moved twice in one week(try to not be jealous...), and that's just to name a few. Here is my documented fun from the last few months.

My family enjoys long walks on the beach and recreational moving.
Moving day blues.

I got to live at the beach for a sec. Actually 3 whole days.
Frontyard for 3 days, 2 nights.

The Weekenders

Some friends and I drove up a mountain into the snow and crisp air for a short little getaway. We had a precious cabin, explored the village, danced some casual ballet, and had serious bonding time. I'm so blessed to have these amazing weirdos in my life. (PTL for them)

Here are some highlights...

THE GANG (minus Jazz, Mitch, Charlie and Kalli)

So much love for this one.

A Grateful Heart

There are some people who come and go into your life, but there are some special ones that you know are in it for the long haul. Here are my special ones. Thank you Lord for bringing them both into my life.

TO THE SNOW WE WENT

I am only 2 weeks late uploading this... but whatever.
I went on an amazing trip with one of my besties ever, Monica and her fam. We went to her family's ranch house in the mountains from Christmas night to New Years Day. It's in the middle of nowhere so all that is around you is mountains, trees, nature and large wild animals. It was a nice getaway from the real world. When I say "real" I mean the world where everyone has their phone in their faces. No service, no wifi, nothing. And it was so lovely! Here are some highlights.
